A build that has to survive three days of public footfall and look new every morning.
We have a 120m² unit at a design festival for three days, roughly 2,500 visitors across the run. The build is the marketing, so it has to photograph well from every angle.
Overnight security is required — the space is not lockable and product stays on site.
Staff need to be able to talk about the product, so we will run a briefing session the evening before.
Each role opens the supplier list with this brief's filters already applied — the service, within 25 miles of Bermondsey, and free on 17 October.
Venue is held. We need the rest of the team for a 400-person evening reception with a 20-minute keynote.
